The service

ToucanPlay provides free browser games, including online two-player matches. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.

Fair play

• Don't attempt to disrupt matches, abuse the matchmaking service, or interfere with other players' games.
• Don't attempt to attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Pick a nickname that won't make your grandmother frown.

Multiplayer

Online matches connect you with another player and relay game moves between you. Matches are unranked and unrecorded. We're not responsible for the conduct of other players, though the only things players can exchange are game moves and a fixed set of emoji.

Intellectual property

The ToucanPlay name, mascot, design, and original game implementations are ours. The underlying classic game rules (tic-tac-toe, checkers, and friends) belong to humanity.

Advertising

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for how ads and cookies work and the choices you have.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToucanPlay isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero — the games are free.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
